A prized possession of mine is my Grandfather's pocket knife. For a farmer, his knife is a tool he carries constantly and uses daily. It's a history, a document of a life of work. Each spot of wear is a story in itself.

One of my prized possessions is my Papaw Lineberry's pocket knives. While growing up in Grays Chapel all of the men in my life carried pocket knives everywhere and always had them available to help with the little things of life. If asked if he has his pocket knife, my dad Tommy Routh answers "Do I have my pants on?"
That's a really cool prized possession. I plan to hand down my knives down the family.
