The new goat kids are hitting the ground fast these days at Lindale Dairy near Silk Hope, North Carolina. Farm owner Neil Lindley works with his animals in the goat barn on his organic dairy. Neil produces organic cows milk and this year is starting to furnish goat's milk to my neighbors at Goat Lady Dairy in Grays Chapel, North Carolina.
